The newest Jocelyn dress is constructed in our favorite cotton gauze plaid. This shape is loose-fitting all around except for a waist tie that pulls from the side of the body. The shawl neck is generous with a fold of fabric pulling and shaping around the shoulder. Fitted sleeves. Tie loosely or for a snug empire fit.
